Exterior Inspection or Leak Investigation, what is the difference? Exterior Inspections will assess the general condition of the building cladding systems, interaction between materials, standard installation practices, and code compliance.

Leak Investigation will encompass numerous tools and thermal imaging to track and trace evidence of water intrusion. These areas can be specific areas of concern or a general issue with high humidity or water damaged areas. Homes and buildings are each unique living environments. These are in-depth and investigative inspections.
