Exterior Inspections, Inc. was founded in 1997, more than 25 years ago, by Rhondalyn Riley as a part-time business to provide extra income for her family. The intent of Exterior Inspections was to help contractors by providing inspection services and written and photographic documentation of jobsite conditions. Exterior Inspections has become known for their expertise as EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System), stucco, and water intrusion specialists.
Since its inception, Exterior Inspections’ mission has been to promote excellence in construction by providing premier specialty inspection services. Exterior Inspections’ services are sought after by homeowners, home buyers, design professionals, general contractors, home builders, plastering/waterproofing contractors, and remodeling contractors.

An Expanding & Growing Business Through the Years
The business has expanded from just Rhondalyn and one assistant to a Team of qualified inspectors and support staff. Our service offerings and market areas have expanded and now include building envelope/weatherization inspections, all exterior cladding inspections (EIFS, stucco, brick/masonry, and siding), as well as quality control and quality assurance inspections on functional systems as well as cosmetic items. Exterior Inspections’ service areas include all the Texas Gulf Coast, Central and North Texas regions as well as various projects throughout the US.
